Translation: Perfidia to a young mom.  The title of this work comes from a well known song of love and betrayal.  This is a portrait of my mother as a young mom.  My mom married at the age of 18 and at the age of 21 she had 3 kids. I understand now how hard this all must have been while she was starting her journey into adulthood and womanhood.  She lacked good support, understanding and compassion.  She was scared, she was weakend both in mind and body by her circumstances, above all she was human, yet she found the strength within herself to continue ahead.
